Momma requested a dark purple set for her cake smash- I love how they incorporated the same colors into their family photos. A lot of people ask if family photos are included with a cake smash session. The answer is always yes! It is a special time for the whole family to celebrate a first birthday. There is something so special about seeing your little ones in your arms and I know someday baby girl will love having her parents in these photos.
Oh her personality! I could have just eaten her up with that little piggy and two front teeth.
We always are sure to do some neutral sets during cake smash sessions as well. This gives you a nice variety of photos in your gallery as well as some timeless ones to frame for the wall.
Now, onto the main event! This purple cake smash might be my new favorite! I will admit that purple isn’t always my favorite color but I love how this one turned out with the florals. Of course Honey Bee Bakery always knocks the cakes out of the park.
Baby girl came for the smash and stayed for the bath! We love cleaning up from the mess with a bath. It always helps that most babies love the water too. I just cannot get over her facial expressions!
