There’s something different about bringing home your third baby.
The nerves are quieter.
The rhythm of it all feels more familiar.
But the meaning? Somehow even deeper.

This sweet family came back to the studio for the third time—something that never stops feeling like such an honor.

I photographed big brother when he was a newborn, and now I get to document the moment they became three.
Newborn Photos with Siblings
Adding siblings into a newborn session always brings a beautiful layer of connection.
With older siblings, it’s less about “posing” and more about gently guiding moments that feel natural:
- sitting close together
- soft touches
- those little glances where you can tell they’re still figuring it all out
There’s a mix of curiosity, pride, and just a hint of “what just happened to our world?”—and that’s exactly what makes these images so meaningful.

The Beauty of a Growing Family
What I love most about sessions like this is how they tell a bigger story.
Not just:
“we had a baby”
But:
“this is who we are now”
Three children.
Three personalities.
Three completely different roles unfolding in real time.
And for parents, there’s something really special about stepping back and seeing it all together—the family you’ve built, not just the baby you’ve welcomed.
A Blend of Connection and Quiet Moments
We moved through the session the same way I always do—slowly, intentionally, and following the baby’s lead.

There were moments full of movement and energy with siblings…
and then moments of complete stillness when baby settled into those soft, sleepy poses.
That balance is what creates a gallery that feels complete.

You don’t lose the newborn details.
You just gain so much more around them.

For Parents in This Season

If you’re expecting your second or third baby, it’s easy to wonder if you really need newborn photos again.
You’ve done this before.
You have photos already.

But this stage isn’t a repeat.
It’s an entirely new chapter.
Your family has changed.
Your children have changed.
And the way you experience these early days has changed too.
That’s what makes documenting it so meaningful.
