Welcome this cozy family newborn session to the Cleveland newborn photographer blog today! I have a little confession to make- this past weekend I sold most of my props. Why? Because nothing beats your newborn baby in your arms! Have no fear, I do have some props left.
This little lady was happiest wrapped up cozy in her parents’ arms. I also happen to love a cozy newborn session. These are timeless images that will be part of her family’s story to generations to come.
A lot of people worry what will happen if their little one is awake for their newborn session. I think awake babies make for some amazing family photos! We typically will swaddle your baby, do family photos, and by then they are so tired that they are sound asleep. No need to stress! I love the comparison of her size in dad’s hands. It really puts into perspective how small she once was. Babies grow so quickly- soon will not longer fit in his hands.
Sweet and simple photos of your little one by themselves really show off her delicate features.
Momma requested a little bit of blue and green- this basket was the perfect opportunity to incorporate a pop of color.
And of course we always finish every cozy newborn session with the toes. It is a favorite every time! Details matter- your little one will grow and change so quickly that this snap shot in time is absolutely a must have.
