Welcome this sweet baby girl’s one year photos to the blog! My goodness, what a little ray of sunshine she is! So happy and not one bit of stranger danger here. She literally made my day! (Especially since the masks startle a lot of babies these days)
For every cake smash session, we do some non birthday photos. As fun as cake smashes are, I find that most people like some non themed portraits as well. We try to start the session with these before things get messy. I have to admit, the most difficult part of her session was narrowing down her photos. She smiled nearly the whole time!
Momma requested this set from a previous cake smash. I was happy to recreate this set as it is one of my favorite and most requested! Natural items like flowers and wood make a beautiful timeless first birthday set.
Baby girl has all the facial expressions- her personality really shines! I was so happy to meet her for her first year photos!
The only thing better than cake? Perhaps a bath! After the cake smash is done, babies love a bath. After all, you do need to get cleaned up! This makes it fun for the little ones and gives you a variety of photos. The splashing really got little Miss going!
